Further results of Hartree-Fock calculations for the equation of state of hot dense matter are presented. The contribution of neutrinos is included, and matter in beta equilibrium with a value of the lepton fraction Yl equals 0.35 suggested by the latest estimates of electron capture is considered. The adiabat S equals 1 per baryon in the region just below nuclear matter density is discussed. A detailed investigation of the phase transition from nuclei to bubbles along this adiabat is carried out.
