The dynamical quantum effects within the Planck area in a homogeneous isotropic spacetime are investigated analytically, and a singularity-free (SF) special solution permitting the existence of a primary SF quantum black hole is derived. A static SF solution for a Petrov D spacetime is also obtained, and a Penrose diagram for the SF, maximal, and geodesically complete manifold of the spacetime is constructed by introducing an appropriate homomorphic map.
