In Table 1 of Colgan et al. (2004), the fitting coefficients for Cl14+ were inadvertently listed for the LS calculations. There were also typographical errors in the c5 coefficient for Ca17+, Ni25+, and Zn27+. The amended fitting coefficients for the intermediate coupling calculations are listed below in Table 1.
