Based on high-speed photometric observations of FG Sge obtained between June and August 1983 with the 1.0-m telescope of the Wise Observatory and the 0.5-m telescope of the South Africa Astronomical Observatory, the rapid oscillations noted for HD 101065 are searched for in FG Sge. The data indicate that FG Sge does not vary in brightness by more than 1.2 mmag peak-to-peak at frequencies between 0.5 and 10 mHz. However, if the supposition of Cowley et al. (1985) is correct, short-period oscillations should appear in FG Sge in the future.
