We report on the catalog of GRBs obtained with the BeppoSAX GRBM. The GRBs list was extracted by means of proper search algorithms, that scanned about 80% out of the data archive. This catalog includes both on-board triggered and non-triggered GRBs. We discuss some statistical properties of the GRBs detected, inclusive of the GRB position and spectral properties distributions. This information was derived using the GRBM response function we have recently developed and successfully tested.
