In equation (47), we used an incorrect probability distribution function of the angle θ. In order to have random orientations of dark matter halos, it should be replaced byp(θ)=sinθ/2.(47)Fortunately, our results are only weakly affected by this correction. Specifically, because of this change Figures 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 are altered. In these new plots, the number of arcs or cross sections in the triaxial dark matter halo model becomes smaller only by ~30%, so this does not affect the conclusions of the paper.
