A precessing beam model which accounts for the 180-deg symmetry of the B20055+26 (4C26.03) radio source is applied in a study of the NGC 326 radio galaxy. The high degree of symmetry and fit to the model indicates a fairly uniform rotation of a beam which is offset from the rotation axis by a relatively large angle; the beam generates the radiating region at a constant distance from the galaxy. Two explanations for the rotating offset beam are considered, and a rough estimate of the time scales is obtained from the observed steepening of the radio spectrum.
