The He, Ne, and Ar contents of the Kirin H-chondrite were determined. The bulk samples with He-3/Ne-21 ratios greater than 2 and a FeNi nugget with He-3/Ar-38 equals 8.8 + or - 0.6 show strong diffusion losses of He-3 from the silicates and of tritium from the metal. The main release of He-40 and Ar-40 occurs at 800 C and the difference in the gas contents results from the variations in the low-temperature portion of the gas release curve. It is proposed that the diffusion losses of spallogenic and radiogenic noble gas nuclides have occurred at the same time, or that the Kirin meteoroid was hot during its ejection from its parent body.
