Proposals for Open Time on ISO are solicited by an Announcement of Opportunity distributed by ESA in April 1994. Letters of Intent to propose are due eight weeks later, followed by the full proposal eight weeks after that. It is important to note that this will be the only opportunity to propose for observing time on ISO. A brief review is given of the proposal instructions and submission procedures, and the most significant among them are discussed. Manuals and software tools needed to propose are also discussed.
