The iterative scheme described has been successfully applied to the solution of a complex integral equation for the evolution function, whose complexity is a result of incorporating consistency of evolution used in defining the effective local radio luminosity function. It is assumed that evolution sets in above a certain luminosity level. The scheme is capable of reconciling observed radio source counts with standard general relativistic cosmological models.
