Since the beginning of the current outburst, the black hole transient GX 339-4 has been in a steadily brightening low-hard state (ATELs #2380 and #2384). Fourier power spectra for the last two Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer (RXTE) observations on March 26 (13:57 UT at start) and March 28 (03:02 UT at start) show quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) at 0.12 and 0.16 Hz, respectively, on top of broad band noise.
