Swift/XRT observed MGRO J2019+37 on November 8, 2006 for 5.5 ks; within the source positional uncertainty, as reported by Abdo et al. 2007 (astroph.0705.0707), we find 3 X-ray sources located at the following positions (positional uncertainty 6"): #1: RA(J2000) = 20 20 43.4, Dec(J2000) = +36 49 27.8 (4.3 sigma) #2: RA(J2000) = 20 20 34.7, Dec(J2000) = +36 50 57.1 (2.9 sigma) #3: RA(J2000) = 20 19 40.8, Dec(J2000) = +36 45 02.1 (3.1 sigma) Source #1 is associated to a faint ROSAT Survey source 1RXS J202043.4+364932, which has an optical (USNO-A2) and infrared (2MASS) counterpart.
