Ion imaging of Si-28/Si-30 ratios of SiC in the Acfer 094 meteorite identified a group of SiC grains with larger Si-30 enrichments than previously measured in presolar SiC in other meteorites. These grains, present at a level of about 0.2 percent of the 'mainstream' SiC, are less abundant than some previously discovered SiC subgroups. Grains of such low abundance are practically impossible to find using conventioanl techniques. The identification of three such grains is reported here in addition to two which were presented earlier (Gao et al., 1996), as well as one new Z-subgroup type SiC grain.
