In the first line of equation (2), the sign of the last term has been inadvertently reversed. The correct expression includes a negative sign and should readXM31=-xcosp-zsinp. (2)In the actual calculations of the coordinates, however, the correct equations have been applied throughout. Hence, the published figures, tables, results, and interpretations remain unaffected by this correction. We thank Niranjan Sambhus for pointing us to this error.
