We have constructed a 1-D non-equilibrium ionization model for steady stellar cluster winds. This model is based on a self-consistent treatment of the dynamical and thermal wind structures and is implemented in XSPEC. The physical quantities (mass-loss rate, terminal velocity, and average metallicity) of interest can be obtained directly by fitting the X-ray spectral data of cluster winds. The model predictions for the NGC3603 cluster are presented and compared with other independent estimates. We also present preliminary results on the modeling of the X-ray emission from the Arches cluster, which shows a strong 6.4 keV FeKα line.
