The organization of the technical division, whose task is to design and build devices and appliances for physical experiments, is presented. From Oct. 1989 to Sep. 1990, the tasks covered the H detector for HERA, the ALEPH minivertex detector, the Time Projection Chamber (TPC), and the High Energy Gamma Ray Astronomy (HEGRA) detectors. The tasks carried out in coooperation with industrial companies are reported.
