Enriques manifolds are complex spaces whose universal coverings are
hyperkaehler manifolds. We introduce period domains for Enriques manifolds,
establish a local Torelli theorem, and apply period maps in various situations,
involving punctual Hilbert schemes, moduli spaces of stable sheaves, and Mukai
flops.
