A series expression for the fourth-order statistical moments of polarized radiation propagating through a randomly inhomogeneous magnetoplasma is developed using Feynman trajectory integrals. Correlation functions and dispersions of the fluctuations of Stokes parameters are obtained for weak field fluctuations. It is shown that fluctuations of the circular polarization arise in a randomly inhomogeneous magnetoplasma due to the different degrees of the amplitude and phase decorrelation in normal waves.
