The commissioning of the autocollimation echelle-spectrometer at the 6-m telescope that can be used with a 2D photon-counting system or with a CCD-imaging system is described. Observations show that stars of 12 mag can be observed with the spectrometer with a spectral resolution of 0.2 A and a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 40. Operating with a photon-counting system, it is capable of recording 24 spectral orders; operating in the CCD mode, it can record 27 spectral orders.
