The detection of a compact radio source at the position of the X-ray source 1E1740.7 - 2942 is reported. This source has recently been identified with the Galactic center point source of positron annihilation-line radiation. The radio source has a nonthermal spectrum and has yielded the following precise position for the annihilation-line source: RA 17 h 40 m 41.82 s, Dec. - 29 deg 41 arcmin 39.0 arcsec (1950 coordinates) with uncertainty of 0.9 arcsec.
