We report on six nights of CCD white light observations and four nights of simultaneous spectroscopic observations of KO Vel in high state in March 1989. The pronounced radial velocity modulation with a period about 0.057 day or 82 min is discovered. This is close to a short period of light variations reported by the present authors in 1988 observations.
