The spectrograms of the s-Cepheids alpha-UMi and HR 7308 taken at reciprocal dispersion of 9 A/mm were analysed for determining chemical elements abundance. Alpha-Umi has small overabundance of a majority of elements relative to the Sun. A larger value of gravity as compared with other authors' data may be due to the decrease of Polaris pulsational amplitude. The analysis has shown that light elements demonstrate a small overabundance and Fregroup elements are detected to be slightly deficient in the HR 7308 atmosphere. Most of the heavy elements indicate an analogous deficiency with exception of Sr, Y and Zr.
