We report the ongoing NIR flare of the flat spectrum radio source (4C38.41) FBQSJ163515.4+380804 a high redshift blazar (z=1.813), also known as CGRaBS J1635+3808 and identified with the Gamma Ray source 3EGJ1635+3813.In the past Fermi LAT has detected Gev flares from this object (atel #2136, atel #2456) On March 15th,2011 (JD 2455635.029352), we detected a strong NIR source coincident with the radio position.
