Results are presented on astrometric, photometric, and spectroscopic studies of the loose young open cluster NGC 225, conducted on the basis of observations and archived plate material. The main cluster parameters derived in this study are presented in the form of a table. Astrometric member candidates were checked against photometric and spectroscopic criteria, yielding an enhanced list of cluster members which is suitable for further and more extensive investigations.
