Scientific paper

The incorporations of the magnetic fluxes of similar polarity in every active region for Sept. - Oct. 1988 are identified and the relevant class M, X flares are found. The results show that the incorporations of the magnetic fluxes of similar polarity only exist in a few active regions (4% of all) and its productivity for class M, X flares is very high.
