New elements of the photometric orbit of DI Her have been determined from photoelectric measurements 1969 - 1980. A new value of ω- the apsidal motion rate - has been derived from photoelectric observations of 1963 - 1980 and from the best photometric estimates of the first half of the century. This value is as follows: ω= 0°.0077±0°.0007 (full period of apsidal rotation Π = 46700±4000 years). There remained no place for relativistic motion ωr = 0°.0233 p.y.
