Considerable progress has been made on the project to understand the X-ray properties of radio-selected BL Lacertae Objects. A large number of related papers have been published or accepted for publication, and are listed in this report along with conference submissions and book chapters. The grant extended to 'Synchrotron Self-Compton Models for Superluminal Radio Sources' and 'Periodic Variability and Complex Absorption in the Seyfert Galaxy NGC 6814.'
