This paper summarises an X-ray deprojection analysis of Einstein Observatory data on 207 clusters of galaxies. It provides a large body of reference information on the X-ray properties of clusters, especially on cooling flows. Also of interest is the determination of the cluster baryon fractions, and predictions for microwave decrements. A catalogue of detected cooling-flow mass-deposition rates is compiled and the inter-relation between general cluster properties and cooling flows investigated. From the results it is apparent that cooling flows are fundamentally related to the general properties of clusters, and are vital to the interpretation of the standard X-ray luminosity, temperature and optical velocity dispersion relations. When the results are considered as a function of cooling-flow mass-deposition rate it becomes clear that clusters have self-similar density profiles, which then leads to a segregation of the above scaling relations and many other density related properties.
