Numerically computed X-ray spectra of electron-positron (e-e+) bremsstrahlung, originating from hot thermal plasmas, are fitted to simple analytical functions for the temperature range kBT = 10 keV to 700 keV. The total rate of energy loss due to e-e+ bremsstrahlung is expressed by the spectral coefficients.
