A faint dwarf nova, V1113 Cyg, was observed for five nights during its long outburst in 1994 September. V-band CCD photometry revealed superhumps with a period of 0.0792 (+/- 0.0001) d. This finding confirms V1113 Cygni as being a new member of SU UMa-type dwarf novae. V1113 Cyg is unique among SU UMa-type dwarf novae with similar superhump periods in that this star shows both a short ( ~ 10 d) outburst recurrence time and a large ( ~ 6 mag) outburst amplitude, which seem to imply discordant mass-transfer rates. A possible explanation of this phenomenon is briefly discussed.
