The distribution profile of a scattering medium in the inner regions of the Galactic disk is constructed from pulsar radio-emission scattering observations using the 'space tomography' method. In a local region of the interstellar medium at distances over 100 pc in the vicinity of the sun, an increase is found in the turbulence intensity. An oscillating distribution component is found as well as one that is monotonically increasing toward the Galactic center.
