I have undertaken a limited survey of water maser sources in the sub-mm continuum. I have looked at 44 and detected sub-mm emission in 42 (95%) of a sample of 109 sources. From a cursory analysis of the data it is clear that the maser emission and dust are closely correlated, with only two maser sources being offset from the dust continuum peaks. In the limited space available this paper shows a small sample of the more interesting sources. The full data set will be published in a later paper Jenness et al. (1995a).
