It is possible that in the Oort's cloud at heliocentric distances 2×104 ⪉ r ⪉ 5×104a.u. there is a mass (like a cometary nuclei) MO ≈ 1/4 ΣMp(ΣMp is the total mass of the planetary system today) which has the angular momentum of the order of 2×1051g cm2/s. This conclusion is a consequence of the hypothesis according to which the mass of comet Halley is typical for short periodic comets. The present angular momentum of the Oort's cloud is of the same order of magnitude as the total angular momentum of the planetary system before it lost volatiles.
