The temporal and spectral characteristics of an unusually strong gamma-ray burst measured in the 10-200 keV energy range attest to the presence of a soft component which is most intense in the 10-50 keV range. A value of 0.0001 erg/sq cm was estimated for the integral energy flux for the range greater than 25 keV. This estimate was made under the assumption that the direction to the flare source coincides with the axis of the instrument.
