The paper presents a complete sample of 165 radio sources selected from the Zelenchuk survey at 3.9 GHz and comprising all the sources stronger than 0.2 Jy in the declination zone 4 - 6°. All the sources from the sample have been observed with the RATAN-600 at the frequencies 3.9 and 7.7 GHz. The spectra of the sources within the frequency range 0.365 - 7.7 GHz, the spectral indices - flux densities dependence and variability of the sources are considered.
