An observational procedure is developed for determining experimentally the confusion fluctuations distribution of the UTR-2 radio telescope in the decametric wavelength range. The estimates of the "source number - flux density" differential relation parameters at the frequency 25 MHz for weak, unresolved by the telescope, radio sources have been obtained with the aid of the P(D)-analysis of the confusion distribution. An upturn section in the n25(S)/nE(S) - relation graph in the flux density range 0.75 - 10 Jy has been discovered. The cosmological effect of decrease of space density of the most distant extragalactic radio sources observed in the decametric range has been established.
