Radial velocities for 24 stars in six young open clusters (Be 59, NGC 581, NGC 637, NGC 654, NGC 1778, and NGC 2169) in the second and third galactic-longitude quadrants have been obtained. Most of the observed stars are of spectral type B, and the present measurements have an internal accuracy of about + or - 2 km/s. Mean cluster velocities were derived based on these velocity measurements. For Be 59 and NGC 1778, these are the first published cluster velocities. Radial velocities of molecular clouds near four of the six clusters - Be 59, NGC 581, NGC 637, and NGC 654 - have also been determined by CO observations in order to compare with the stellar velocities.
