All the available spectroscopic observations for five X-ray binary systems containing O to B supergiants (Cyg X-1, 3U 1700-37, 3U 0900-40, SMC X-1, Cen X-3) are analyzed, their orbital elements are obtained, and the influence of effects of proximity of the components on the spectroscopic elements obtained from optical observational data is estimated. The spectroscopic observations of Cyg X-1, made in June-September 1980, suggest an increase in the semiamplitude of the radial velocity curve during the high stage of X-ray emission of the system.
