The computer program ILLUM is described and listed. This program calculates azimuth and altitude of the Sun and of the Moon with an accuracy of 1 arcmin. The input data are the geographical longitude and latitude and the local mean solar time. Natural illuminance on a horizontal plane, caused by the Sun or by the Moon, is calculated for a clear sky.
