The interaction of an artificial satellite with the Earth's atmosphere
causes perturbations on its orbits. Simplifying hypotheses are
considered in the modeling of the aerodynamic forces, and from
Lagrange's planetary equations it is possible to calculate the
perturbations in the orbital elements of an artificial satellite.
