The newly measured AGK3R positions have been combined with earlier measurements to give B1950.0 positions and proper motions on the FK4 system for 20,190 stars. J2000 positions and motions on the FK5 system were computed from the B1950 FK4 positions and motions. These were prepared in machine-readable form at the U.S. Naval Observatory and modified slightly at the Astronomical Data Center.
