Using data for a unified system of selenodetic coordinates and absolute elevations for 3350 points on the lunar surface, a hypsometric map is drawn of the global irregularities of the surface for the near side of the moon and its largest formations. The isohypses are drawn for each 0.5 km in altitude, and elevation marks are given for crater walls and floors of several lunar ring formations and craters, as well as for separate points on the mountain chains. All elevations are calculated from a unified barycentric sphere with a radius of 1738.0 km.
