Photometric searching for stellar occultation by planets in the case of
dwarf cool stars is discussed. The technique allows for close planetary
orbits. The advantages of this configuration for the search of
occultations are summarized. Continuous photometric monitoring of about
one hundred dwarfs, from the Canary Islands is proposed.
