On 2010-06-13 23:23:06.00, the automatic nova alert system of MAXI/GSC detected a significant increase of the X-ray flux from Cir X-1. The average flux over on 2010 June 13 reached to 95+-9 mCrab (4-10 keV). The nova alert was delivered to the subscribers (currently after human inspection). We find with the ground analysis that the current rebrightening of Cir X-1 starting on 2010 June 12 with a daily average flux of about 64 mCrab (4-10 keV), consistent with the suggestion based on a Swift observation (ATel #2671).
