From our more than 15 years long monitoring of AGN at 22 and 37 GHz we have selected 50 best sampled sources. The flux on of the source has been divided to two parts, stationary component, which corresponds to the minimum flux observed and the outburst to component. We have calculated the energy-ratios for the burst and stationary component. This ratio is highest for the sources classified as HPQ, BL Lac and EGRET detected sources. The ratio for LPQ's is significantly lower. The highest burst-ratio sources show also super-compact structure in VLBI maps.
