As part of a systematic search of the EGRET data base for short-term (less than one week) source variability, we have examined observations of the Galactic anticenter. The analysis reconfirms the short-term variability of quasar 0528+134 and the lack of significant variability of the Crab and Germinga pulsars. No other sources in the Galactic anticenter show convincing evidence of variability on 2-day time scales during CGRO Phases 1 and 2.
