PSR B1823-13, one of the pulsars with high priority for gamma-ray pulsar searches, is positionally consistent with a well-known excess in the COMPTEL and EGRET maps. Although the pulsar has not been reported as a detection by COMPTEL or EGRET, previous non-statistical behaviour in COMPTEL CGRO Phase 1 data, together with a glitch occurring during Phase 2, encourage us to make new searches using the first three years of CGRO observations from 0.75 MeV up to ~10 GeV. We do not find any convincing evidence for the pulsed signature of PSR B1823-13 in these data.
