By means of MHD equations and based on a proposed configuration of the magnetic field, a number of spicules per supergranule is estimated and the dependence of this number on a height of a level of the spicule formation and on latitude is obtained. The close relation of the spicule number distribution with chromospheric net (supergranular structure) is explained. The possibility of structuring of diffusive magnetic field (formation of the magnetic tubes) is shown.
