It is shown that radiative-resonant MHD acceleration can explain the whole cosmic ray spectra for a general case of anisotropic MHD turbulence without any serious restrictions on the domain of the applicability of the results. There is the possibility not only for an explanation of jet formation but also for the generation of power-law spectrum of cosmic ray electrons in turbulence created in the interaction of jets with intergalactic medium. The estimates given show only the existence of new lines in a possible interpretation of observations. A more detailed theoretical consideration should be based on the radiative-resonant interactions together with other nonlinear and quasilinear interactions. But the given estimates take into account the most important features of radiative resonant interactions of MHD waves with cosmic rays.
