The distributions of 100 globular clusters in the Galaxy and 167 globular clusters in M31 in a three-dimensional space with coordinates M_v_, (B - V)_0_, and (U - B)_0_ are considered. A centroid method of cluster analysis is used. The selected classes consist of clusters that are similar in their parameters. The classes are not isolated, and continually cross each other. This may indicate continuity in the process of formation of the aggregate of clusters for each galaxy. Comparison of the characteristics of the clusters in both galaxies, as well as cluster analysis of the joint distribution for both samples, showed that certain combinations of parameters are characteristic for clusters in one galaxy but atypical for those in the other. Therefore, a significant number of clusters do not have `twins" in the other galaxy. This indicates a possible connection between the properties of globular clusters and the properties of the parent galaxy.
